It’s the Mayor’s spoilt grandchild, Marcus’s, birthday. Marcus wants the biggest balloon ever and Jack’s on his way to deliver it in return for cake. The Moose joins Jack, offering security services, which Jack doesn’t want. They fight over the balloon and it flies away.
